With over 30 years of experience in the industry, ZOO.se offers Sweden's largest range of pet accessories, pet products, and specialist services through e-commerce, physical stores, and their own veterinary clinics. The stores are located throughout Sweden, and the e-commerce platform is available to the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets. In 2021, Silver was tasked with creating an updated brand strategy, geared towards continued growth and expansion into more markets, followed by a brand concept that includes a more cohesive and modernized identity, tone, and tagline.
